Reception.ro was created to answer the growing need of accommodation providers to simplify and digitize the guest arrival/departure registration form, also known as the "guest form" or "tourist form".

Why reception.ro
An electronic form for guests offers multiple advantages, especially for self check-in properties or ones without a permanent front desk. The system also makes it easier to submit foreign guests' data to the Romanian Public Portal for Foreigner Registration.
How it works
Through the reception.ro platform, guests can fill in forms online, upload photos of their ID documents, and sign digitally on mobile devices or computers. Accommodation providers receive the submitted information, document images, and PDF files with digital signatures by email.
